‘THE RIVERHOUSE’ a Penthouse Viewshed

Using the credibility of viewshed photography unit pricing  is maximized with actual proof of what will be.  Confirming: this  penthouse viewshed will include a clear view of the city, the Hudson River, The Statue of Liberty and Ellis island 14 months before construction starts.  Our photography also determined when the The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island would not be included in the viewshed.

Critical to this high rise design was which floor viewshed included the Mississippi River and exactly how window placement on each floor affected the viewshed of the very nearby freeway.

Our Houston photo flight demonstrated exactly which floor viewshed would include the Galleria District.   It helped determine where the higher end units needed to start in the stacking plan.

Sunset Panoramics

Click on this image for the panoramic sunset viewshed @ 480′ AGL from  The Riverhouse project in Battery Park City just two blocks from the ongoing World Trade Center construction.  This preconstruction viewshed image proves that the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island will be included in the viewshed of at least the top 5 floors. The credibility of such proof is significant.

Multi-Cam Project Houston

Using our Multi-Cam System in a 60° tall format matrix produces a foreground that starts at the project’s perimeter fence without using wide angle lenses.  To achieve a stitchable panorama with the same field view using a wide angle lens would have more than doubled the perceived distances.

W Hotel/Condo Austin Mural Installation

Using our custom aerial panoramic film camera system the W Hotel/Residence model sales center utilized the entire 45 foot mural through length the condo model .  The 25 lb. aerial camera at 266ft AGL produced a tack sharp image of the 26th floor viewshed 16 months before starting major construction.

Max imaging options include prints up to 13 x 45 ft. with 3.2 gigabyte files and 58427 x 18723 pixels @ 130 dpi. Our camera produces a 45° x 150° field of view without using the distortion and exaggeration of wide angle lenses.
