The General Motors Building in the Viewshed

The General Motors Building in the Viewshed

The General Motors building is at the southeast corner of Central Park.  On its front steps is the famous glass cubed Apple Store.  This will be your viewshed from the Drake from 550 feet AGL.  It is one of 1300 images taken during our Drake day in the Life.

Making unit price adjustments for this partially blocked view of Central Park will make the use of “secret sauce”a lot easier.  The next question is how many floors above the GM before a better view of the park is part of the calculation?

At $6,000 per square foot photo proof isn’t priceless but close enough.

Perspective Compression

Perspective Compression

The compression of vast space into a consolidated image happens with total camera control.  We position cameras where they need to be for the best composition.  Great options are available when not restricted by physical flight limits of air planes or helicopters.

Close-In Flight Operations

Close-In Flight Operations

With our tethered non-motorized aerostat safe flights have no limits to camera positions around crowds and buildings.

Good Neighbor Policy

Good Neighbor Policy

Silent non motorized flight allows photography for projects with those sensitive neighborhood issues.
